TERMS AND CONDITION

1.    The contract rates are quoted inRMB and include 15% Government Tax and Service Charge.

2.    The contract rates include thefollowing services:

2.1  Roundtrip transfer between airport or train station.

3.    CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Every effortwill be made to have the room available by 2:00pm on the day of arrival, checkout time is 12:00 pm, unless prior arrangements have been made.

4.    VILLA CAPACITY: Kayumanis strictlyobserves a villa capacity policy, extra beds are not allowed in the villa.

5.    CHILD AGE RESTRICTION: Additionalfee of RMB 600 will added for ONE CHILD below 12 years old.

6.    CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY: Anycancellation within 3 (three) days during low season and 7 (seven) days duringhigh season is subject to one night cancellation fee. No shows are subject to100% cancellation fee of the total number of room nights reserved.
